I am a Certified Transformational Life Coach, Deep Coach, and Integration Coach. 

My guess is likely you've had an experience where you've received a big insight into something relevant to your life or how you see yourself as a human being. A realization that opened your eyes and heart to something that felt really important for you. Yes?

What often happens next is that we get swept back into our lives and the patterns that make it difficult to bring the newfound information and awareness to life in a meaningful way. 

This is what Integration Coaching is all about...

Honoring your personal insights and creating a pathway in which you can bring your new awareness into your current reality - even if those insights feel very far away from what your life may be currently expressing.

I have seen people's eyes light up in an "ah ha" moment.  The moment a profound connection to something deeply personal is made.  Something that feels like it changes everything.  

Yet, it can be really difficult for us to implement what we've learned for a number of different reasons: 

• We are trying to make sense of what we've learned ourselves - the why? how? what?  
• We can question or resist because we're afraid, caught up in past negative experiences, doubt ourselves, or don't want to make the commitment require to evolve
• We may have competing commitments that make it difficult to find time to be contemplative and intentional
• Our patterns may be so hardwired it's hard to implement new practices.
• The people around us see us and know us to be a certain way and may push back as we try on new ways of being. 
• Or, we just don't have a support system or accountability

Which means the awareness we've gained can fade into the background and we get to learn it again down the road... how many times have you had to learn a lesson? 

After hundreds of hours of coaching clients, I know where I best serve. 

My experience has shown me over and over again that intentional integration is how we evolve individually and collectively in integrity with our own values and desires so that we can cultivate a deeply nourishing relationship with self, with life, and with each other. 

How I coach...

As a Certified Life Coach and Certified Deep Transformational Coach, I use practices that support what may be called spiritual partnering. 

I attune with you on the energetic plane to foster what wants to emerge from you and through you naturally.    

When we connect at a heart and soul level, it supports you to identify, reclaim, and embody your self-energy or life-force energy so that you can (re)experience your innate power and harness the wisdom of your higher self and be guided by that.  And - that can take a little practice.  Which is why the coaching journey requires a longer term commitment.  

This is a journey that you lead! My partnership and guidance are 100% in service to the direction you want to go. I will help you identify and break through old patterns and barriers when they begin to creep in -  but you steer the ship. 

All of my coaching and mentoring, regardless of whether it's with individuals or couples, focuses on your relationship with self first.  Tuning into your heart.
